Good negotiator

In a depressed and nervous market, Scott was a patient negotiator. He talked us into selling in winter. Our marketing was very good and we had around a 100 viewings in 6 weeks. He was always calm and focused. He had a good team behind him who were all very supportive and communicative. We had 5 offers and he worked hard to achieve the best possible result for us in a poor market.
