I initially dealt with Lakhvir who showed us around the house and made time for a second private visit. He also helped us to sort our inital offer to get the ball rolling. We then started working with Mike who guided us through what was required to get the deal over the line and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Professionalism over and above at its best. Follow their advice. My wife and I did our part as instructed - presentation is the key. Anything we needed to know and vice versa was quickly sorted.
