Team Ledger were great at advising us of all stages of the process, liaising with our tenant and reassuring us the whole way. They got a great price we were happy with in a super quick time when the market was already slowing down a lot and there were a large number of comparable properties on the market.

Scott was extremely professional in all his communication throughout the purchase of the property. He was always quick to respond and nothing was a problem. We had met Scott at other property viewings and he was able to give us an indication of the property market which guided us in our purchase. The Tender process went smoothly and Scott was open to all queries prior to settlement. We were grateful for the Harcourts Goodies on moving in, and again Scott couldn't have been more helpful and assisted with removing several items that had been left behind. Team Ledger were amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond for us. We left in a rush with 3 small children and weren't able to leave the house as tidy as we would have liked. This was no problem for them, they organised cleaners at short notice, removed the rubbish and took care of the landscaping. They communicated well and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. We are very grateful and thank you all very much. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell their house.
Was a but of a struggle due to the holiday period to get hold of people so the experience was rather frustrating.

Team Ledger were excellent to work with for the sale of our house. They were all great at communicating, and we were never left wondering what was happening next or that they could have approached something differently. This is a true testament that they understood our needs and what we wanted. The team spent the time beforehand taking us through their sales and marketing approach and why it they believe they have the winning method. We gave Scott some extra homework to justify some of his statistics which is did very quickly. "Aunty" Tania and "Aunty" Anne provided excellent feedback to ensure that our home looked it's best for the photos, video and open homes and even provided a few additional items to perfect it all. This was much needed after two guys attempting at doing it ourselves. Team Ledger successfully sold the home within the price range that was expected, and within what was a fairly short timeframe without a need to extend it any further. We would highly recommend the team for anyone looking to sell their property.
I felt Team Ledger did a solid job selling our house in Upper Hutt. They communicated well - meeting with us several times in person, talking us through what to expect, and providing detailed feedback on open-home attendees. I was impressed with how quick the professional photos and "virtual tour" of the house were completed and uploaded to Trade Me. We were pleased to receive an offer on the property which, while not our dream price, was within expectations and was unconditional. I particularly enjoyed working with Scott Ledger, who brought lots of energy and is clearly a rising star. I appreciate his ability to bring keep us calm during the more hectic moments. For areas to improve, we would have liked slightly more responsiveness to our questions, and perhaps a phone call after each open home rather than just the written report. We would have also liked more communication on how the market is doing, especially what kinds of prices similar properties are selling for and whether there are any external factors (higher interest rates etc.) that should be factored into our thinking; it is easy as a first-time seller to develop unrealistic expectations on price. Overall, I would happily use Team Ledger again.
