Everyone knows how daunting buying your first home is, but Mike and Anne made this an absolute breeze for us. They were both incredibly approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We bumped into Anne at a different open home that wasn’t quite for us. She took time to understand what we were looking for and recommended a handful of other houses to look at (with absolutely no pressure at all). As it turned out, the first one she recommended was the one we immediately fell in love with! Making the offer was easy too, with both Mike and Anne explaining things step by step and regularly updating us (even if the update simply a “still waiting!”). I was very impressed with the service given by Team Ledger who were very informative in all matters relating to the sale of the home. The market knowledge was given in an easy to understand and thorough manner with little need for questioning. I was always informed of what was happening in relation to the sale throughout the whole process and given updates as events occured. They made the home look very presentable with their flair for decorating and even took time to water plants when they came to the house.
