It was a no brainer going with Team Ledger.. their team approach meant that a lot of the onsite leg work involved in selling my parents house was taken care of. - Room staging.. no problem - Builders report.. no problem - Garden landscaper required to touch up the garden.. no problem - Engaging an engineer.. no problem - Last minute electrician... no problem Really great and thorough weekly reports, coupled with a Saturday/Sunday open home approach which served us well.
