A quick turn around

Scott helped me and my sister sell my dad’s home which was part of an estate. The home was in South Auckland which was not in Scott’s traditional territory West Akld which didn’t bother Scott at all - he took the challenge on to get the property sold. Scott took onboard the estates expectations of price points and managed to secure buyers in this range pretty quickly in fact we had 7 buyers just 4 days after the marketing went live and just 1 open home with an offer that was accepted above the estates expectations within the week. We achieved our goal as did Scott in a very quick timeframe 👍
