Scott was supportive and informative to us as buyers of a new home. He was also reasonably quick consulting with the pair selling their home. Due to the very slow NZ market at present (2024), the sale/purchase took several months and had some halts along the way as buyers for our place came and then went. Until finally things worked out. Scott did stick to the sale throughout. The only difficulty was that he has not been contactable since the final signing, although according to the S/P document we are permitted to visit our future home several times before Settlement, which is several months away. We have not been able to reach Scott to organise this since signing the final contract.
