We liked Scott's straight talking, yet personable approach to our purchase. He talked us through every step of the way without applying pressure, and although we knew he was working for the vendor, he always had time for us. We were especially impressed with how helpful he was at acting as a go between with the vendors which enabled us to have the smoothest of transactions.
