Scott did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market. I think he was right on target with his market knowledge and pricing strategy. His communication was always excellent through the whole process. He always delivered the information I was after and I never had to chase him for anything. We had an offer on our property within 3 weeks and Scott worked hard (on a public holiday) to get it to a level we were happy with. He then continued to communicate with the buyers during the conditional period to stay on top of things before anything became a problem. Would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to friends and family.

Scotts always available, he always comes back to you promptly and with accurate and refined information from the last dealings/issues present. I found him genuinely interested in the job at hand aswell as real estate in general. He always seemed to have a very good outlook on the buyers and what they were thinking. I have bought and sold 4 properties to date. i have fired 4 agents in the past for not putting the effort where required. Scott has exceeded any service i have had by any previous agents Ten Fold.. i Have already recommended his services to neighbours in my area and friends with properties. I really wish him all the best and i think he deserves all the big jobs as i found his work to be on point.

We have purchased and sold houses a few times now so have experience on both sides of the process. After selling our last house our experience with Scott was as the agent for the house we were trying to purchase. This particular purchase was not your typical one, there were so many complications including CCC issues, deceased estate and body corps.
