Dealing with Scott and Kim with the sale of our Kinloch home was seamless and our expectations were well exceeded. Communication was great, we had updates from Scott after every open home with feedback from prospective purchasers included. We had prepared ourselves to have the property on the market for a few months given what was happening with properties selling around Kinloch at the time, however we were pleased to be in a multi offer position in less than 3 weeks, with Scott working hard to have great offers presented to us. Wow, what a thrill to sell our place at 2 Yasmin Lane in Kinloch. Photos of property put up and then the next day an offer. Still shocked but delighted. Kim and Scott have both been wonderful to work with, and they are so professional and nothing is too much trouble for them.
