Best REA!

We met Savita in 2019, she was very personable and carefully listened to what we were after. Unlike your typical REA that is focused on selling for their benefit, Savita was genuinely interested in what was best for us. We had a price in mind for the sale of our property. Unfortunately, the offers that came through didn’t meet our expectations. We moved to Australia for work and decided to rent the house out. Savita maintained contact and would inspect the property periodically on our behalf (always going above and beyond). We contacted Savita after 6 months to see if there was a shift in the market. She said not yet, but February 2020 will be a good time to try and sell again. We trusted in Savita’s advice and she relisted the property again. This time, we got the price we were after (in fact slightly more)! A great outcome for us which allowed us to step on the property ladder in Australia. We are considering coming home one day and have already been in touch with Savita to get a feel for the market. She is really is the best REA you will come across!
