My parent's 100 year old deceased estate bought 50 years ago was a little time capsule. So starting out on the sale process we wanted someone with empathy and understanding for what my parents home was and could be to the right buyer. While other real estate agents all suggested painting ceilings, remodelling kitchens, staging with modern furniture and generally spending a fortune Sarah and Julie were the exceptional exception from the moment we met them. Geometric brown and orange wallpapers, old style couches with matching upholstery, warped skirting, paint on sash windows that had seen better days, their advice shone through as genuine and authentic.
