Exceeded our expectations!!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and Sam last year when we decided to take a big leap and finally purchase the new build of our dreams. As our new build neared completion, we naturally chose Sarah and Sam to market our existing property. After 9 years of blood, sweat and tears, and not to mention a lot of money, we were wanting to get the best possible price for our little 1950’s reno and in the current market I would be lying if I didn’t say I was particularly nervous about it!!! Sarah and Sam exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful result with 5 registered bidders on auction day and most importantly it sold on the day for exactly what we hoped!!! Throughout the entire campaign Sarah and Sam kept us constantly up to date, with weekly vendor reports and always a simple phone call away with any questions that arose. I would not hesitate in recommending Sarah and Sam if you are thinking of selling or purchasing a home. You certainly won’t regret it.
