We first encountered Sarah when viewing a property that didn’t meet our needs. Sarah then subsequently made contact inviting us to view a property not yet on the market she felt was what we were looking for. At that point we were very interested in another property in a more favoured location. However we decided to view and found Sarah was right! - the property ticked many of our boxes and gave us pause for thought.
