Sarah contacted us proactively to let us know about the house coming on the market - and it was exactly what we were looking for. She was very easy to work with, and communicates quickly and clearly. I had a couple of helpful chats with her throughout the process, to ensure we were on track with our offer. There was one slightly stressful aspect of the buying process, in that there was no up to date LIM available, and Sarah encouraged us to make our offer conditional on the LIM report. At the time, we found this a bit frustrating as we wanted to offer unconditionally, but in hindsight, we should have just trusted that she would not encourage us to do something that might mean we would miss out. This is perhaps reflective of Sarah's more relaxed style. You get the sense that Sarah genuinely cares about her vendors and her buyers, and that she really enjoys helping people into the right home.
