Sarah made the whole process of selling my house so easy. She was willing to go the extra mile, being very responsive and communicative throughout. She helped me to organise various things that needed to be done when I couldn’t make it to the property, and supported various trades to access the house in my absence. During the open homes, Sarah kept me up to date through phone calls, emails and texts. When the house was under offer, Sarah kept me informed at every stage, and when the first sale fell through, she helped me navigate through the different options to give me the best possible chance. The house was sold again immediately afterwards and from then on it was a breeze. I think the friendly and informative communication was excellent. I felt I could text or call, whenever necessary, but I rarely had to because Sarah was always proactive. So although I had some tricky issues to deal with, I always felt it was in hand and not a burden. All in all a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for more.

We met Sarah when we went to the first open home for the house we have now bought. What I like about Tall Poppy Real Estate agents, and the same goes for Sarah, is that they are helpful, have a great knowledge about the area they are selling in, and are not too pushy. Sarah kept in touch with us, and once we were at the contract signing phase, she was excellent and went out of her way to explain to us what was happening at every point. Sometimes the legal jargon was too much for us to understand l, and she explained all processes and jargon in simple terms. Would definitely recommend here again.

We brought a property from Sarah about 4 years ago, and we have recently also sold another property with her. It's currently a tricky market for sellers (March 2023) but we got better than the BEO we were looking for and we are very happy with the sale. Sarah worked with us and the purchasers to enable us to rent the property back for a while after the formal sale, which was above and beyond the normal role of a Real Estate Agent, but we really appreciated that.
