My wife and I have been trying to buy a house for the last four months in the Hawkes Bay and came across a lot of realestate agents. It’s safe to say I’m a bit jaded by the whole experience but with that being said I found Sarah and Johnny to be in a class of their own, way ahead of the rest. Without sounding cliche they were both very up front, honest, professional and genuinely interested in trying to help my family find a home that suited us. I met Sarah at the start of our journey and we eventually came back around and purchased a home through her. We made several offers on houses in between that as well. If I ever sell my home I will list it with Sarah and Johnny, I saw the work they put in to connect people and the lengths they went to make sure the homes they were selling were presented really well with the key info available for when buyers ask. I think they do a great job at managing people and the dynamics that come with seller expectation versus buyer fear of paying too much. I just want to sum by saying i have dealt with quite a few agents in the past four months and it wouldn’t be fair to compare Sarah and Johnny to them because they are truely in a league of their own.
