We had a difficult property to sell and was a bit aprehensive about the challenge but we had dealt with Sarah before so had no problems deciding on the agent for the job. Above all Sarah is invariably cheerful and patient which made dealing with the many issues we had a lot less stressful than I had imagined. The marketing went well and the responses we had were above my expectations which I think was due to her experience and knowledge of the market and the location she was operating in. The whole process of the sale went smoothly and we would confidently choose Sarah and her team to take care of any future work we have.
