Sarahs communication was great, she kept us informed of interested parties, she was a very good listener always listened first then gave ideas and advise once she had the facts. She wasnt influenced by others or past experiences, as she said this is a reset. Start fresh, was enthusiastic about the opportunity to present our property. Very professional. As far as marketing, she was well informed and realistic. Negotiated skills were great, we didn't have to wait, had it wrapped up straight away. Once agreement was confirmed she straight away went to each party to get it signed off. Would definitely recommend her.
