We were dealing with Sam, not Sarah. To be honest, the communication on the front end was ok, it was after the S&P agreement was signed that we feel communication was poor and unprofessional. The contract was not adhered to; the date we signed on the S&P agreement was not honoured. The deal did not go through for another 2 working days and during that time (over a weekend too) we were left in the dark as to why, and still are. We don't know what happened, it was an uneasy experience in this respect and trust in the agent was damaged. Being first home buyers, the process was all new to us, and we cant help but feel that our overall experience with your company added undue stress to an already stressful situation.
