Very accommodating and her heart is in the community..she works for the good of her clients. Not only for the business but for the benefit of her clients too.. She explains things well specially for those like me. First time going through things in buying a house. They are so easy to work with and making the stress of the process so much lighter, because of them guiding us.

We had a tricky sale with being a leasehold and a short period that we needed to sell within and Sam sat us down and ran through everything we could expect and how best to get a sale in this difficult market. I chose Sarah as my agent because she sells the most houses in my area. I know her as she grew up locally, & actually played intermediate rugby with my son. It is nice to support locals. Not great. Wanted to get some basic info regarding the septic area for our property but Sarah never got back to me with an answer. I asked the question at least four times in writing, and few times in person.

It was my priority to have an agent that is relatable , experienced, kind, respectful and empathetic. Sarah was all of that from her very first visit. She provided useful feedback for me to work with to make the house presentable and practical. She made it her priority to understand my needs and future plans as a seller and chose a marketing strategy and price point to accommodate my needs. Once Sam also came on board , I had even more support and practical advice . They were clear on their expectations from me and explained the process. Communication was superb; I always felt I was involved and informed . I knew immediately after listing I'd chosen the right team and couldn't imagine going with anyone else. Team Sarah and Sam are brilliant and having had multiple conversations with multiple agents over the years , they make the rest a shadow compared to them.
