We are extremely, repeat, extremely happy with our experience with Sarah. Finding the right buyer for our house was a challenge, and took more time than expected. Sarah did it very professionally, and, last but not least, patiently. Once again, thank you Sarah!
Sarah was able to organise our listing for sale quickly due to tight time frames. She acted professional at all times having to deal with all the varying buyers and their questions throughout . While the sale took longer than expected in the flatter market she never gave up and she managed to still get us our ideal price. Communication using WhatsApp meant we were always kept up to date on open homes etc. We would definitely recommend
Sarah made buying our first home incredibly easy and exciting. She truly cared about making the experience enjoyable for us rather than stressful or transactional. Her genuine advice and quick responses were invaluable, especially as first-time buyers. We’re so grateful for her help in finding our perfect first home and would absolutely work with her again!
Sarah Bentley played a valuable part in my real estate journey from start to finish. An impressive local knowledge and realistic understanding of where the market currently is proved invaluable. I felt very comfortable with Sarah from the start and despite various unexpected challenge's that cropped up, at no point did it become awkward, and I’m happy to say that by the end ,she felt more like a good friend, rather than just another agent .
I would recommend Sarah to friends and family and anyone who is intending to sell. Friendly service and very professional.
Sarah was pleasant to deal with and always came back to us in a timely fashion which we appreciated.
Sarah has been a pleasure to work alongside in selling our home. We found she listened really well to our goals and had invaluable tips and strategies to help us reach them. Her straight up approach was so appreciated; we always got clear and honest feedback on our open homes and how our property sat in comparison to similar homes in the area. We feel Sarah went above and beyond in her efforts to help sell our house... even loaning us furniture items to help it's look it's best! We found her to be astute and driven but not pushy. Sarah was fun to work with; bright and positive with a good sense of humour. Selling is a stressful time and she helped the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. I would and in fact already have, recommend her to anyone - whether buying or selling. Thanks again Sarah.
We found Sarah very professional and had a lot of knowledge about local market. She was very friendly and went out her to get best price for our property We highly recommend her if selling your property
I first met Sarah when I was introduced to her by another agent and was immediately impressed with her confidence and professionalism. After experiencing several months in a very depressed market with little interest in my property, Sarah was like a shining star encouraging me to remain positive and not get discouraged. Once Sarah took over my listing the tide seemed to turn with increased online activity and open home viewings. Her warmth and bubbly personality are matched only by her wealth of knowledge of the local market, which was influential in helping me navigate the sale of my property. Sarah went above and beyond, she was always available and an amazing communicator. Sarah's support and guidance throughout the whole process was seamless and influential in achieving the best price for my property in an extremely difficult market. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone seeking a professional, trustworthy agent who will go the extra mile to ensure her clients dreams are realised. Thank you again Sarah
