Sarah has a very friendly and down-to-earth manner. For us this meant that the process of buying our house was less daunting and easier overall. Sarah promptly answered any questions or follow-up requests and our concerns were always treated respectfully. Communications with the vendors was quick and helpful. In our opinion, Sarah and her colleague Annie (who we also had contact with) showed a high degree of professionalism at all times. Selling real estate seems to be a passion of Sarah's and this was evident in her overall confidence and knowledge of the market.
