We really vibed with Sarah. She was a breath of fresh air, down to earth, and gave us straight up advice and guidance throughout the entire process. She listened and gently guided us through the practical and emotional process of selling and buying a home and understood our risk appetite and happy to say she delivered with an amazing result for all parties! After seeing our dream lifestyle property, Sarah was the listing agent and we decided to get her to sell our home in Hamilton. Sarah juggled beautifully the conflict of interest and we felt like she was for us both (vendor and purchaser). She knew the best strategy for our situation and helped us achieve a decent price for our home at auction and then the next day going on to win at auction! It has been a hectic 3 weeks especially given the time of year and only a 3 week marketing campaign but I can honestly say, Sarah and the entire team at Bayleys made it so straightforward and a breeze. The synergy and how everything fell into place like it was meant to be.
