We had a great experience with Sara and Chris. They had good market knowledge and were practical in the approach. They covered a good range of marketing. The market was very slow when we sold, and Sara and Chris walked us through this to achieve a result which was less than we had initially expected, but reflected a slow market. It was a success to just get an offer at all. We would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.
