This being my first property sale, I interviewed four agents before selecting Sara Knight to manage this campaign. Strengths that immediately came to the fore where her considerable experience of the Mt Eden market and her high profile for recognised performance in that arena. I was immediately impressed by her ability to be both very personable but also knowledgable, astute, positive, realistic, reassuring and capable. We had a limited timeframe during which she was able to manage various challenges, hurdles and call upon resources to keep us on track throughout. The marketing plan was top notch and well delivered to schedule. She chose a good partner in Jacqui Ding and other agents from within the branch also supported the campaign. We hit an unfortunate period launching just as world politics caused chaos in the middle east, a petrol crisis and rising prices which dampened peoples enthusiasm and impacted the market. Consequently our open homes were not as productive as we had hoped. However Sara kept our spirits high by keeping me well informed after each iteration and at each stage of the process up to the auction day which was well managed by the B&T team and resulted in a sale on the day. Ultimately, Sara had introduced the successful bidder through her network of contacts, knowledge and awareness of opportunities in the area and I was happy with the final outcome.
