Sandy was the seller's agent when we completed this purchase. In addition to being professional, fair, and honest throughout the transaction, she was also warm and friendly. When we drew attention to items that we wanted the seller to address, Sandy was quick and attentive. She represented her client's interest well and was knowledgeable about the property, the complex it was in, and the general area.
