Thank you Sandy for selling our property

Sandy is professional and an excellent communicator, and she successfully sold our property. We appreciate her work. However, the sale price came in about 8% below the appraisal. I understand the market was difficult, but at the time of listing we were convinced the appraised price was very much achievable. When no suitable buyer came forward, we were advised to reduce the price to $100k below the appraisal. We found a middle ground, and Sandy was able to secure a buyer. We were happy it sold, though the outcome was bittersweet.
