Sandra's appraisal was evidently made with a lot of local knowledge and experience. Her suggested starting price seemed to be on the nose based on the interest my property received and in the end we got a much higher selling price than expected. Her approach to marketing was practical and produced a lower overall cost while seemingly getting the best bang for our buck. I would recommend Sandra to anyone based in Tokomaru in particular but I am sure she would do a great job for the wider area too.

The last half of 2021 was a very stressful time for our family.
