We are kiwis who live abroad and asked Sandra to sell one of our properties. Her down to earth personality and professional approach meant we decided to work with her. She guided us through step by step and kept us updated with regular communication even with timezone challenges. The plan she envisaged to market and sell the house was both cost effect and hugely impactful. We took her advice onboard and was never pressured throughout.
