As a general rule, I have a low trust of people in the customer service industries because they often do juuuust enough to get by and avoid a bad review. Well, Sandra blew me away. Sandra is at the other end of the spectrum. From the moment I found her she worked hard, and guided me at each step, until the house was sold. Even some nights calling me late into the night working things out with potential buyers. My next house purchase won't be in Auckland, and I'll be sad that Sandra can't be part of it.
