Professional and super effective.

I met Sam while looking to buy - unfortunately the home I found was being handled by another agency but she was my first choice when I needed to put my home on the market - due to the way I was treated as a prospective buyer. Sam was very knowledgeable about the market, extremely helpful around marketing and had excellent advice and contacts for preparing my property - this all made what can be a very stressful time much easier. Sam was always honest with me, very organised and gave great feedback and communication. As a result I was presented with multiple offers which exceeded my expectations but that were bang on with her initial valuation. I'm not planning on moving again anytime soon - but If I do Sam will be my first choice.
