I initially met Sam at an open home last year. She took the time after the open home to chat with me about the market in the area we were looking in and find out what we were looking for so that she could keep an eye out for properties of interest for us. I really appreciated having a real estate agent working with us on our property hunt, providing sales data for similar properties and providing candid advice.
