Very attentive, listens and adds value to your thoughts. Never rushes you and works very professionally all the time. She never panicked even though the market was wobbly at best of times. We sustained a stay calm approach, and we will get the results. Very good communicator and keeps you posted by email or txt, or phone. Very pleasant to deal with. Initial appraisal was very close to what we expected. She worked in a team approach with us and the company and her colleagues. All our requests were met with ease and with a smile.
