We can't fault Sam what so ever as an agent. She's very hard working and gets the job done.

There is often an opinion of Real Estate agents in many cases unfairly detrimental but, not with this lady. Her approach to both buyer and seller I found profoundly open and honest as if you were her friend and confident. This attitude in my experience was fairly applied to both parties during negotiations which were swift, clean and without any obvious dissolution whatsoever.
