A complicated sale.. A keen but young sales agent with limited experience backed up by the support of her colleagues. A demanding pair of vendors needing to sell. The added factors of the building type and being part of a body corporate. Tenants in the property throughout the sale process and a difficult market environment. Problems did occur but throughout the process they were addressed, communication was excellent and they were solved. That is by far the most important factor and why we have no hesitation in recommending both Samantha and Lowe & Co to those considering their options.
I found Samantha to be very quick to respond, helpful in her replies, and patient with all my silly questions, but also not pushy about anything. I was eyeing up two properties at the same time and stopped looking at the other one solely because the agent was pushy in trying to get a sale. Buying a property is stressful, but dealing with her was an absolute pleasure.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and available. I felt that I could ask anything and no question was too silly, and also that she was working to get me the best deal. She took my (and my family's) requirements into account when showing me properties which was helpful. It felt like she really cared which I appreciated a lot when buying my first home.
