The process of buying and dealing with you was absolutely unprofessional, pathetic, and unpleasant. First of all I have been pushed hard by you to make decisions without doing proper due diligence, to the point where I had to opt out from the contract, half way through the process. Then Kate got involved, and she was okay with addressing all my concerns, but when it came to settlement, the experience was nothing but below the belt since you was handling the final process. I was informed by my lawyer that they had received confirmation that the sellers' lawyers had received funds as full and final settlement and had given instructions to release the keys to you and previous owner. I had to follow up with you for a couple of hours to get the keys, and eventually you said you was busy in a meeting and if you want keys, then do come and collect the keys from you as you were at the food plaza on Liadert Street. The handover of the keys was like one key, and I guess the rest of the keys are in kitchen cabinets. Help yourself. I think this is highly unprofessional when you are an agent, where your role is a key for us (first-time home buyers) to trust them and believe them, as they are following the process and caring about both parties. Whereas you was nothing but absolutely unprofessional and didn’t even congratulate in person or have anything to say about anything except take your keys! Thanks, Ajoy.
