Great to deal with

I found Sam very good with communication and feed back and made sure I had a full understanding on what I was doing as it was my first property purchase. He went a long way for the deal to go through. There were a few issues between vendor and buyer[myself] and Sam made sure this was well documented and conversation was open and discussed in full. He took a lot of the pressure off me and did a lot of the donkey work himself with lawyers etc.
