Sam was fantastic to deal with throughout our first home purchase. We had been looking for over 18 months and crossed paths with Sam and her business partner Murray at quite a few open homes along the way. This purchase moved really quickly from listing to settlement and Sam was incredibly responsive at every step. She was thorough in walking us through the Sale and Purchase Agreement, making sure we understood every clause, and guided us through the process with care and never any pressure. Murray was also quick to respond when needed. Sam knew this was our first home and treated the whole purchase with a level of care that made it feel genuinely special, not just another transaction.
