My decision to choose Lowe & Co was influenced by my previous role at Consumer NZ, where I was privy to the feedback behind the Consumer NZ People’s Choice Awards. Lowe & Co received outstanding feedback from both vendors and buyers, so I already had a strong sense of the reputation they had earned. My own experience has absolutely reinforced why. Sam is exceptional. She is incredibly genuine, honest and personable, and combines that with an impressive level of focus, market knowledge and determination to achieve the best possible result. What stands out most for me is the level of trust she creates. Sam is straight with you, genuinely has your best interests at heart, and you can rely on her judgement and advice. She understands the market, communicates exceptionally well and is incredibly results driven, without ever losing the personal element that matters so much when you are selling your home. Sam operates at a very high level of professionalism and integrity, while remaining warm, approachable and genuinely invested in the people she works with.
