Sam helped the reviewer buy this property

Sam is honest, reliable and friendly and coped admirably with "left-field" questions and requests.

After selling my property privately I was struggling to find a new home on my own. I met Sam at a Lodge Open Home and was immediately impressed by his friendly and professional manner. Sam offered to send me details of properties which met my "wish list" and was true to his word. Without pressure we viewed several options and I soon found one that suited me. It was marketed by another company and to be sold by auction, a method which was completely unfamiliar to me. Sam was able to explain the process and ensured that I was well-prepared for the event. He bid on my behalf and supported me during a stressful negotiation to achieve a positive outcome. Prior to, during and after settlement day Sam stayed in touch and made sure that I was adequately prepared with capacity to move, felt familiar with my new house and set up to use my new "mod cons". I am very happy and can now relax and enjoy my new home and neighbourhood. I highly recommend Sam, who is a sales associate with Team Sparkes, and who demonstrates all the qualities of an Agent with their client in mind.
