Sam really knows this market inside-out. She's very knowledgable, and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She was patient with our dithering and uncertainty; never trying to push a sale but rather talking through or needs and determining if a given house really aligned with them or not. If we're ever selling we'll be sure to give her a call.
