Sam and Andy (the Gormans) invariably responded without delay throughout the whole process and on numerous occasions called to offer assistance or pass information and advice. Their market and procedural knowledge was strong and we found their relaxed, amiable approach to every aspect of the process, very appealing and reassuring. They maintained their professional responsibilities to the vendors at all times and quickly established an enjoyable rapport between us all. Communications were relaxed. In hindsight there is nothing we would suggest to improve our experience or their performance. We recommend the services of Sam and Andy to any prospective vendors or purchasers.
