1st meeting: Sam was open, welcoming and friendly without being overfamiliar. Her personal presentation was always immaculate. She was obviously familiar with the house, with its history since it was built and confident when answering our questions. We visited several times and were pleased to find Sam patient and positive; her explanations were logical and she was willing to investigate and alleviate any concerns. She had obviously been in contact with neighbours and could inform us about the general demographic and security of the area. Contact was maintained throughout a slightly lengthy decision process by phone and email. Recommendations/explanations re building inspection, power and gas supply were helpful. We did some further (and rather difficult) investigation about the establishment and development of the subdivision and about the builder...some of this information during our inspections would have been helpful.

Sam helped us with the sale of our Ashburton property. As we were not living in Ashburton it was great to know it was all being well looked after. Sam made the process easy great communication and everything was carried out to a high standard.
