The experience of dealing with selling a house was to me the most daunting task ahead of me but with the massive experience and absolute highest degree of engagement in preparation and contact information it was so wonderful to deal with one of the most professional people I have had experience with for such a long time. Sam acted as a buyer’s agent essentially. She was responsive and helpful especially as I decided I wanted to buy close to the auction. She helped with getting a builder’s report and sorted my due diligence questions.
