Sam was always available and quick to respond. His friendly nature, great sense of humour and easy-going approach made the process enjoyable and stress-free. He was always up for a chat, even when it was nothing to do with the house. He knows the area and market so well and really seemed to listen. He kept us informed throughout and was a pleasure to work with.
