Good and proactive in a stale market

Sam understood the market very well and guided us through the sales process and the options we had. He kept us informed throughout with a summary of each open home and the extent of the interest. He managed a lot of the toing and froing during the negotiation phase as we were away at the time. Sam made the whole sales process from beginning to end simple and stress free.
