From the first meeting, Sam came across as genuine with a kind nature. He was excellent at listening to our needs and giving us the correct information. With his guidance and professionalism we were able to promptly place our home on the market with him, while at the same time he was also helping us find a new home to buy. Sam was available to send a quick message to when ever we had a query and always answered promptly. Sam supported us through auction, ensuring our nerves were not overwhelming and securing us a sale Selling our house and buying a new home could've been one of the most stressful times in out lives, but with Sam we have come away with nothing but good memories and a satisfaction that Sam helped us sell easily and then purchase new forever home.
