My partner and I are first home buyers. So we knew nothing about this process. Sam did a lot of the grunt work of finding homes within our budget and within our wants. He also explained alot of the details really well, and helped us have a better understanding of what to expect on the market. Sam also put a lot of effort into getting in touch with me, organizing house viewings around our schedules, and making sure to be ontime and available when we had questions. To which he always had a good answer or knew who to get in touch with. Buying a house is very stressful, and confusing but sam helped us every step of the way and we are grateful for his expertise as it lead to us buying this house.
