We had approached a Real Estate firm (a larger corporate one) when we decided it was time to sell. They said all the right things, they dazzled us with a price way over what we even imagined and then proceeded to harass us. I do not say this lightly. We had not even chosen who we would go with and they rang on weekends, nights and early mornings. I could not justify the commission and fees they were asking for. When I told them we thought the fees were a bit high they proceeded to tell me the benefits of why they charge so high. Had we gone with them, our house would still be unsold, I have no doubt.
